THE NECTAR

Rooms: There are only six suites at Dar Darma, but each one is more beautiful than the last. Every suite is themed in a rich gem-inspired colour (when we visited, we had the pleasure of staying in the Red Apartment), like Blue, Orange, Suite of Mirrors, Black Patio, and Brown Patio. The interiors of this private dwelling are designed with a passion for detail – with every glance you’ll find something you haven’t yet discovered. From furnishings to fabrics to accents, every luxurious piece looks like it belongs in an exhibition showcasing Arabic treasures.

Specials: We especially loved the exquisite rooftop terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning or gaze at the stars at night. You even see the Atlas Mountains from up there – stunning! Entering the hotel feels like entering another world, one where you leave behind the hustle and bustle of the Medina as soon as you walk through the front door.

Dar Darma is an oasis in the middle of Marrakech, perfect because sometimes you need an escape from the bustling streets. But the rest of the time throw yourself into the colourful and exciting experience surrounding the hotel. Make your way through narrow streets and explore hidden spots and souks.
