On our many journeys, we\u2019ve found that locals have always proved to be the best guides. We figured it\u2019s the people who make the\u00a0destination\u00a0and we\u00a0wanted to share this knowledge with other people who love to travel. We have foodies who will take you on a culinary journey through their own backyard, fashionistas who will tell you where to buy the perfect pair of shoes, families who know where to spend quality time with the kids, dapper gentlemen who\u2019ll share the best spot for an old school shave, hoteliers who will welcome you like an old friend, baristas who\u2019ll turn your morning espresso into the best moment of the day, local artists who know all the best underground locations, DJs who will make you dance the night away, designers who\u2019ve just opened their first restaurant, early bird runners who can show you the best trails around town, photographers who know from where to catch the perfect sunset, and kids who are experts on where to play!<\/p>\n

We wanted to support the culture in the destination and focus on locally owned spots \u2013 all put into a customisable, self-designed ring binder.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Lesson\u00a0learned:<\/strong> If your customers win, you win. Love your customers and get to know them. Who are they? What do they want? What do they need? How can you better serve them? Ask them, love to serve them and set clear terms and conditions. Always keep on developing your product and services.<\/p>\n
